All it takes is just one. We are blessed to serve. God has given us a gift that we are privileged to use for Him. Not a day goes by without realizing He is the author of our lives. He can look beyond our brokenness and see our willingness to be apart of His plan. We know He is more than any song we could ever sing. Even our best intentions are too small to describe His infinite love. We believe music is one of the most powerful tools used to inspire. Life would not be the same without it. There are many ways to express yourself through music. You can break it down into categories such as Christian or secular, but we look at it as expressions from the heart that either build up or tear down. We choose to build up. However, building comes with a price. None of us are exempt from the pains that come with life. It rains on the just and unjust. “Keep your mind on things that are true and things that are true will surround you.” Life is full of struggles. Everyday is not a good day, but when you know Christ, you know hope. You know peace. You know grace. You know the storms will come, but you also know that the storms will pass. Our prayer is that lives will be changed through the gift that we’ve been changed by. Taking nothing for granted, but living life to the fullest with the time we’ve been given. At an early age, they knew music would be a way of life. Musical backgrounds grew deep in both family trees. The two met in a country music band in college. In 1996, Rick and Dena committed their lives to each other. They also made a commitment to use their musical gifts to serve others and see lives changed. God is continuing to grow them as they serve. Worship is more than a song. It’s a way of life. Worship begins in the heart and extends beyond the walls of a church. It spills over into our everyday walk. In order to lead worship you have to first be the lead worshipper. Rick and Dena have two wonderful boys, Jonah and Isaiah.
